Washington, DC – The Society for Medical Anthropology has relaunched the Global Directory, a new initiative to promote medical anthropologists and affiliated professionals. This free service developed as a way to help global professionals network for scholarly and applied projects.
“In the last year we have seen a tremendous need for the academic and professional community to find each other for a variety of projects. We anticipate this resource will continue to grow and reflect the diversity of research expertise that comprises the broader medical anthropology community,” said Dr. Linda Garro, President of the Society.
