2014 Professional Development Workshop: Data Systems

Funded by the HHS Office of Minority Health through the National Umbrella Cooperative Agreement II Grant and in collaboration by the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, this two-day workshop aims to help prepare scholars interested in Hispanic health research strengthen their skills and knowledge to perform analytical studies of national and state health datasets to better contribute to Hispanic health care research and provision of adequate health care to Hispanics and other underserved populations. The workshop participants include: junior faculty members, postdoctoral students, doctoral students, and master’s students. Speakers include: senior faculty and administrators from HSHPS Member Institutions as well as other institutions across the United States, government officials, and more!
