It is the policy of the journal to represent a wide range of material on drug-related matters from around the world. - International

a world wide network of bulletins and journals on drugs and therapeutics that are financially and intellectually independent of pharmaceutical industry. It was founded in 1986, with the support of the WHO Regional Office for Europe. - Médecins Sans
Frontières (MSF) Campaign for Access to Essential Medicines
MSF is advocating for a combination of policies to lower drug prices on a sustainable basis; these strategies include encouraging generic competition, voluntary discounts on branded drugs, global procurement, and local production. MSF is also pushing for increased research into neglected diseases – such as tuberculosis, malaria, sleeping sickness, and leishmaniasis – through increased funding, investing in R&D capability in developing countries, and supporting alternative models for R&D. - Pharmaceutical

International Health, Boston University School of Public Health
The drug use intervention research portfolio is co-funded by several organizational sponsors based on the research priorities that emanated from the 1997 International Conference on Improving Use of Medicines (ICIUM). Through this initiative, the collaborating partners shape and provide technical leadership to the global agenda on improving use of medicines. The aims of the Joint Research Initiative are to: Increase capacity to conduct interventions in developing countries; Stimulate a critical mass of research projects in identified priority areas; and identify and actively disseminate successful intervention approaches. - Women

WHP is a coalition of community groups, researchers, journalists and activists concerned about the safety of pharmaceutical drugs. The group keeps a close watch over the proposed changes in the federal health protection legislation and examines the impact of those changes on women's health. Their documents make clear recommendations to the government demanding that Canadian legislation truly provide "health protection". - United
States Pharmacopeia (USP)
The USP, in cooperation with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), manages the Drug Quality and Information (USP DQI) Program to support delivery of priority interventions for the USAID Center for Population, Health, and Nutrition. USP DQI focuses on ensuring the quality of pharmaceuticals and their informed and appropriate use worldwide.
